John Mensah dragged to court by wife
Former Ghana captain John Mensah will respond to questions in court and risk losing his marriage after his wife filed a divorce against him and also accused him of neglecting his parental responsibilities.
Henrietta Mensah, wife of the Ghana general captain, has told an Accra High Court she wants to quit the marriage over infidelity.
She accuses the former Olympique Lyon and Sunderland center-back for failing to perform his responsibilities as a father and failing to take charge of their four children.
The couple has been married over ten years ago and their marriage is on the line if the wife continues to press for divorce in the court’s next sitting.
Mensah was not in court on Monday and the presiding judge Justice Doris Bempong had to adjourn the case due to his failure to show up in court.
