Wanlov: Airtel took my credits

Wanlov the Kubolor

Wanlov the Kubolor of FOKN Bois music duo has launched an all out attack on telecommunication giants, Airtel Ghana, for allegedly “stealing” his talk time credit.

The controversial singer, who could not hold back his frustration, took to his Twitter account to make known his grievances.

Wanlov claimed he lost GH¢25.00 worth of credit when his mobile phone was virtually in an idle with no outgoing calls and other packages all turned off.

“Why did airtel just steal my GH¢25 credit with no outgoing calls, mobile data 3g n roaming off n incoming calls free? Shameless red demons,” the ‘Cote Duro’ hit maker tweeted on Sunday.

According Wanlov, the only thing he had been using his mobile phone for on that day was receiving local calls which are supposed to be free. Therefore he found it difficult and provoking that GH¢25.00 worth of credit was deducted from his credits.

Meanwhile, the Head of Corporate Communications and External Affairs at Airtel Ghana is expected to officially investigate the said allegation to ensure that both parties were fully satisfied.

Over the years, the outspoken musician with Romanian lineage has proven to Ghanaians that he is a free-minded individual who does and says what he wants provided it does not affect any other person or go against the law.

It could be recalled that Wanlov, together with his lyrical twin M3nsa, came under serious condemnation after their nude picture popped up on Twitter. The two are also known for their blasphemous comments about the Christian religion every Sunday on various social platforms.
